The Lactalis team was dissatisfied with its position on product reviews. They felt their products were underrepresented in the number and quality of reviews.

They also wanted to consistently maintain a fair presence on all supermarket retailer sites over a year. They asked us to deliver this on core SKUs across their portfolio.

Google Benefit…

In addition to the benefit on Walmart.com, the reviews were also picked up by Google which show when “Kellogg’s Cocoa Krispies” is searched via Google.
